Okay, so here is the first 'proper' result of all that painting practice. I used only one layer the whole time, so I didn't rely on linework in the way I normally would.
This is inspired mostly by
and his awesome Dark Eldar artwork, so I guess this is in a way an unofficial tribute to him. Keep up the great work, Beck!

I admit, this is an original interpretation of an actually pretty classic concept: this DEFINITELY feel like Dark Eldar, despite the design being actually pretty exotic.
For example, the helmet is more close to Dark Elves of Warhammer (i'm pretty sure there were a Banner Head who look similar) and both the weapons and armored part remind of the previous design of the Dark Eldar. The human-skin loincloth is a detail in modern Dark Eldar BUT the version here is quite different, more closer to Craftworld Banshees. And the latex-like suit is really new.
Make me thing about what a concept of Dark Eldar would have looked like, in another versions.
