Cyberpunk Character Concept 001

My 'Deus Ex Syndrome' has me thinking about this kind of thing non-stop at the minute.

Had this idea for a character, owned by 'Moto Cybernetics,' dunno what he is. Maybe a scientist, maybe something lower. Obviously he doesn't hang around in the filthy slums with all those criminals.
